Gail has over twenty-five years’ experience in the environmental sector, having worked in consultancy, water companies and the Rivers Trust. She has been Afonydd Cymru’s CEO since 2021. For a while, she was also the Head of Natural Capital for the Wye and Usk Foundation before joining Afonydd Cymru full time in 2022.
She has extensive experience in hydrology and water resources planning in both the UK and overseas, but has also held roles in wastewater and environmental delivery.
