Harriet joined Afonydd Cymru in 2024 as a part time project manager. She also works for West Wales Rivers Trust as a River Restoration Project Manager.

Harriet has cared about nature and environmental issues from a young age, leading her to study political ecology and work in environmental education and outdoor programming. She spent a number of years living in Canada where she experienced breathtaking wild rivers. Now based in West Wales, she is passionate about improving the condition of rivers here. Outside of work you can find her exploring Wales’s coastline, woodlands, waterways and mountains with her dog, Winston!
